Our summer vacation has now been going on for a few weeks and we have managed to make two trips, one roadtrip around Finland and one to the lovely city of Prague. (More about them later.) On the last week of my vacation I'm planning on doing as little as possible, because I think that's what vacations really are about.
BLACK AND WHITE, AND A HINT OF BROWN
The sun was already going down for the day when we went to photograph a herd of sheep. I have lately been playing with the idea of being host to a heard of sheep during the summer months. I'm guessing it would be both interesting, fun and a bit scary. They could keep the grass low and we would get good company. Of course I have no idea what we would get ourselves into but isn't that a part of life? Not always knowing the outcome.
GUSTS AND WAVES
One of the yearly recurring signs that autumn definetly has arrived are the squalls. This one came during an evening and when it was time to go to sleep it was over us in all its intensity.
SUNSHINE, WET GRASS AND COLD FINGERS
I think I sometimes forget how nice the autumn can be because I usually mourn the ending of summer. But the first frost on the grass, the wind that lay hold on the corners of the house in the evenings, and the morning frost that slowly give way to the first rays of sunshine. It can all be so beautiful.
My name is Malin. I like to take photos and make illustrations. My aim is to spread feelgood through glimpses of me and my boyfriends trips and travels, spiced with a few illustrations. We are based in Finland and our trips go both near and far. Enjoy! :)
